PROPERTY TAX FAQ
Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

You absolutely can protest yourself, but the process takes time and requires research, evidence preparation, and communication with the appraisal district. We handle the process for you—from filing your annual protest to preparing your case and representing your property—so you can save time and have an experienced professional advocating on your behalf. Since our fee is based on the tax savings we achieve, you pay no fee unless we save you money.
-
Property values are reviewed annually by your local appraisal district and may increase based on market conditions, recent sales, property improvements, or changes in the area. Even if we successfully lower your value one year, the appraisal district can reassess it the following year. That’s why we file a protest annually for every enrolled property and reach out to keep your property information up to date.

Property tax consulting is becoming a numbers game—one where the volume of accounts matters more than the people and properties behind them. We believe you deserve better. You worked hard for your property, and you deserve to be treated as more than just another account number.
As a smaller firm, we’re able to offer the personal attention larger firms often can’t. We take the time to get to know you, understand the unique details of your property, listen to your concerns, and build an approach around your specific needs. When you work with us, you receive thoughtful, attentive service from a team that genuinely knows you, knows your property, and is invested in protecting what you’ve worked so hard to build.

Simply enroll and provide your property information—we’ll take it from there. Once your property is enrolled, we’ll contact you to gather any additional information and discuss any specific concerns you have about the property. From there, we handle the protest process on your behalf.
